We met the Petersons(Linny's parents), Linny, and Andy for an early dinner in SLC after Christmas. The restaurant, Buca di Beppo, was fantastic! The place is a feast for the eyes! I loved it! There were hundreds of photos on the walls of all kinds of people- Italian, of course. Some pictures were very dignified and some were hilarious. And the food.... it was amazing! I've never seen such huge portions! And it was delicious and delightful! (I just noticed I keep using exclamation points but that's how it was!!!) You will NOT leave hungry. I have added this restaurant to my list of favorites. It will have to be a part of every trip to Utah from now on. Trust me. I love food. I love this place! Oh- and of course, our dining companions were wonderful. Thanks Doug and Marilyn! We lovedlovedloved it! We must go again. Our treat next time!
